We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia and currently offer three delivery options: S.F.Express, E.M.S. and TGX. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.
Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Meow Station,you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Meow Station.This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, there turn fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
We accept Returns for up to 30 days!
Returns made within 30 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment. The Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to Return your item(s), please send email to us stating the reason for your request. Once authorized by our customer service representatives, a case number will be sent to you for reference. Returns & Exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).
We will NOT accept any packages sentwithout a case number.
Our Returns & Exchange Process:
•The Returns form provided once you contact our customer service representatives must be included along with the items for return.
•Regular priced items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
•Orders must be shipped out within 7 days from receiving your case number.
•Processing Returns may take up to 10 business days upon receive.
•We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order. Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us.
•It is recommended that you take necessaryprecautions by using registered and traceable services when returning thepackage.
•Discount item(s) are non-refundable.
Upon dispute, Meow Station reserves theright to make the final decision on all return cases.
All sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item
As a valued customer, please contact us if any merchandise you receive is defective, missing and/or incorrect. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving of shipment. We will do our very best to resolve your case in a timely manner.
